Insurance Claims Tips: When the value of your package exceeds $50, it is recommended to purchase insurance for your package, and if the goods are lost or damaged, they will be compensated according to the express claim standard. Please read the following relevant terms and conditions carefully:
1. Parcel signing matters:
1.1. Please be sure to check the goods with the courier in person when signing for the package, confirm whether the outer packaging of the package is intact (whether it is obviously damaged or opened, and whether there is a significant difference in weight), and if there is any abnormality, please explain to the courier or customer service in time;
1.2. If there is an abnormal situation such as lost or damaged package, please contact customer service in time for inquiry and processing.
2. Insurance claims:
2.1. Insurance and compensation instructions
Premium = declared value of the package * 2% (the declared value is within 100$ and the premium is 2$), and the maximum compensation amount of the insured package is 2000$.
a. Loss: compensation amount = declared value (if the actual value of the goods is lower than the declared value, compensation will be paid according to the actual value)
b. Damage: Compensation = Declared value * damage ratio (if the actual value of the damaged goods is lower than the declared value, compensation will be paid according to the actual value of the damage) Note: The actual value of the goods is subject to the invoice and other valid goods value certification documents provided by the customer
2.2. Explanation of uninsured compensation
a. Loss: compensation amount = freight amount * 3 (if the actual value of the goods is less than 3 times the freight, compensation will be paid according to the actual value)
b. Damage: not within the scope of compensation Note: The actual value of the goods is subject to the invoice and other valid goods value certification documents provided by the customer
2.3. Explanation of deductible
a. The outer box is reinforced without damage, and the inner box is damaged, and no compensation will be made.
b. Fragile goods, prohibited goods, goods that infringe intellectual property rights, and goods that you have not declared, falsely declared, or concealed are not within the scope of claims
